Psychographics is the combination of psychology+ demographics; it includes audience emotions,fears, desires, beliefs and motivation to buy the product. You should listen to people where they openly speak because people speak differently when they think no brand is watching. Basically they give their honest opinion about that particular product such as Instagram comments,reddit ,quora and other various social communities.
